Dave Ramsay, Kirkland's City Manager for the past 12 years is retiring in April. Dave will give us his final "Walk around Kirkland" and it should be very interesting.

Doug Engle, Moss Bay resident and Chief Financial Officer of GNP Railway, will have a presentation on their plans to run trains on the abandoned BNSF rail line on the Eastside.
